We try to make sure we only show items on the site if we currently have them in stock or are expecting fresh stocks shortly. If you place an order for something which isn't available we will contact you by phone or email as soon as possible after you place your order. In the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging of equal quality and value. All orders are subject to availability.

We believe that shopping on line at www.nestonflowers.co.uk is just as safe as shopping in high street stores.

- We do not hold your payment details on file because once we have processed your order we erase your information. This increases our security, as if we do not have it, it can not be read by anyone else.

If you have previously requested to receive this communication and now want to cancel this, please email us at sales@nestonflowers.co.uk, quoting your full name, address and postcode, with your request for us to cancel all future mailings to you.
Payment methods
If you are interested in placing an order with us online, but are concerned about how safe and reliable it will be, here are a few things you'll be happy to hear.
- We won't ask you for any payment until we've made sure that all the goods on your shopping list have been processed.
- To make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them.
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of all flower deliveries any complaints and refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Please call 01225 864000 to let us know of any problems you may have experienced with our services.
Neston Flowers will issue a refund within 7 business days of receiving your returned goods. Refunds are issued against the same credit card number you used to pay for theoriginal order.
Pricing Information
All information including prices are correct at the time of publishing and include VAT and delivery charges. We make every effort to maintain prices, although it may be necessary to change prices. We will confirm any changes with you by email or telephone or by your order confirmation document. Available in the UK only. Please phone for any overseas orders.
Cancellations and Complaints
After the flowers have left our premises we are unable to cancel the order without incurring a cancellation fee. All complaints are dealt with very seriously, any handling of complaints are fair, confidential, effective and speedy, if you have any problems with your flowers please call us immediately! |
