Delivery takes place on your specified date within 24 hours. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times if ordered online.
Please select a date you would like your arrangement delivered. Note that we cannot deliver Sundays or Monday Bank Holidays. Saturday local deliveries only to the following locations: Corsham, Chippenham, Box, Melksham, Lacock, Trowbridge, Bradford on Avon, Bath.
For next-day delivery you must order before 1.30pm.
If you have specified a time for delivery, please note if there is no recipient at the address to receive the flowers, the order will be left at a neighbour or in a safe place at the premises. We cannot re-deliver.
Delivery Procedure
In case the recipient is not in when the delivery is attempted their flowers are:
Left with a neighbour:
A card will be put through the door stating the house number of the neighbour the flowers are left with.
Left safe on the Premises:
The order will be left on the premises provided that it is left out of the weather, in a secure safe location and a card is put through the recipients door stating where the order is and also the time the delivery driver called.
Responsibility for gifts
Delivery to any of the departments listed will be made to the relevant reception area:
Company buildings, Funeral parlors, Crematoria, BFPO Stations, Government offices, Institutions, Military bases, Hospitals, Maternity wards, Nursing homes
Responsibility for the gift once delivered is with the relevant authority.
Special delivery periods
During peak floral delivery periods such as Christmas, Valentines Day, Mothers Day and Easter, please order AT LEAST three days before to ensure your gift arrives on time.
International Delivery
We can deliver quality flowers to anywhere in the UK, excluding Northern Ireland and The Scottish Highlands. However, orders requiring international delivery are also possible, but cannot be fulfilled online. For more information, please contact sales@nestonflowers.co.uk
What if the flowers arrive in poor condition?
Please contact Neston Flowers immediately to ensure urgent attention is given to your query. We will investigate the given circumstances thoroughly, which may involve contact with the recipient to ascertain the extent of the damage.
NOTE: In times of excessively hot weather, we cannot be responsible for your flowers after delivery. Please follow the care card enclosed and keep in a cool place.
